- How it works
The investment works as an advertising budget and acquires clients at the given cost. A client's first payments repay their acquisition cost back into the budget — that money goes into advertising again. The remaining payments are profit, minus total expenses. Capitalization = net annual profit × 10.
Net annual profit × 10 — at the run rate the business reaches by the end of the horizon.
